Youv'e left me FAR behind with your intellectual wit! I sense a form of luminescent perspicuity and aquiessence in the written words but I still don't understand, is it some kind of diatribal hyperbole?

I sense a form of luminescent perspicuity and aquiessence in the written words but I still don't understand, is it some kind of diatribal hyperbole? In English: "I'm stupid! I'm typing these long and perculiar words but I don't know what they mean, am I bullsh'ing?" Right?

How about: "The difference between a beginner and an expert is merely experience."

a stroke of genius for sure - ta! Can't claim any originality I'm afraid. It's an old "quotable quote" that I picked up from somewhere. No idea who originally said it or how mis-quoted it is! You're welcome to it anyhow.

I think that was pure inspiration... just been sitting for ten mins trying to think of one but, oh, there goes that cartoon in my head again.

Haven't listened to Jock Scoplin for years. Bought back some memories there...

Thought I'd get in early for June with this one from Albert Einstein: "A table, a chair, a bowl of fruit and a violin; what else does a man need to be happy?" But for this forum maybe it needs a little "re-arranging"... "A computer, an internet connection, a bowl of fruit and a (insert preferred instrument here); what else does a man (/woman/person/etc) need to be happy?" Don't know the significance of the bowl of fruit... but they say fruit keeps you regular - maybe it helps you play in time?
