is anyone planning to do a job involving music when they leave school?

not for straight after I leave school...but maybe in later life I might wanna become an instrument teacher - after all there aren't many bassoonists around, and even fewer teachers...but I'm planning on being an architect when I leave school so...not for now at least.

teaching, for the moment at least, is a really bad idea, as I know how irritating we all are as students! Maybe I'll've forgotten when I'm older...

Don't mean to put anyone off but it's a really tough route to take. Stuff changes in your life but if you are prepared to work very long hours...

i always wanted to go and do a musical theatre course at the guildford school of acting like since i was about 10 but out of tsinging, dancing and acting the only thing i can do semi well is sing. so meh...i'll find something else to do, i've got a while. but after my work experience, i'm not gonna work in an infants school!
