i get free lessons from school and have one teacher for piano, and another one teachers me everything else!
our school gives free lessons to eveyone, they only have to pay about £5 a term to borrow the instrument.
i pay nothing because i am wonderful lol, and have my own instruments!

my parents pay (the latest bill for the rest of the year is £102 for clarinet alone! ) and the school subsidises some of it aslong as you go to a music activity. Technically, I should get mine for free, coz i go to everything except recorders and string quartet! (n thats only coz i can't play those/don't want to!)

My parents, and even though I get a subsidy, they still cost nearly £200 a term! (Not private, through school)

The school says you have to go to a musical activity but loads of people dont! I get mine for free because the school governers pay for them, thats violin and sax (got a bill the other day though~ £61 for violin and £110 for sax but they took it off me again!) but my mum pays £9 for my piano lessons out of school. She also pays for my sisters french horn lessons and my other sisters oboe and piano lessons. We are an expensive lot!

My flute lessons are free at college on the condition I take an exam. Bah. My piano lessons cost £10 a week which I have to pay for, although if I am broke, my dad will LEND me the money, or occasionally, my mum will give me the money. Very occasionally!
