Hay Fever. What a waste of space! Anyone else using two boxes of tissues a day?

Is it worse for woodwind, brass or string ( I'm not counting percussion) do you think?!

Ergh I hate it. It has been really bad for me recently, and I tried playing my flute in a lesson today, and I had to breathe so frequently because I was all blocked up. My eyes have been all horrible too. I find it is worse when playing the flute because you have to breathe more often, and also, it just generally makes you feel horrible, so you aren't up to your best. I find, pollen gets stuck in my throat so I have to clear it more, not good when trying to blow down a flute!

Last week, playing the flute was hopeless, I sounded like a fish out of water, gulping for air because I had to take a breath so often!
