AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've got to do this for someone's wedding in a few months! I'm glad I was given lots of warning! Has anyone else played it? Any tips?

I heard a fantastic version of this played by the fairer sax. Sorry, no tips though... but get some practice in and excersize those trill fingers!

I have played it a few times on both piano and organ (much easier on the former). It is much better for a recessional than a processional (ie for the bride going out rather than coming in) because it needs to be heard in its entirety to make sense. The key point with this piece is to make sure you have the page turning organised. There are various arrangements for piano out there. I have used the one in the Novello vocal score of 'Solomon' in the past, but Oxford University Press publish a piano transcription presumably intended for concert use.
