I played that in Carlisle Youth Orchestra, it was ok the first time, but after playing it for an entire year, it got a bit boring, and we never got to the end

Fancy hating Bach! Love the Brandenburg for breakfast. Chopin for lunch and Stravinsky for Supper.

Which Bradenburg.....2 is obviously the best.
But Bach can be over rated. Hate the Double Violin Concerto.
Handel or Mozart rules though

Well Vivaldi wrote over 200 concertos for violin so theres bound to be more than a few for other instruments. Hate Brahms, especially after having to play the second violin part in Academic Festival Overture....ergh. You just like the Baroque Composers cos they have more Oboe melodies in them.

i liked the festive overture i got a good part!! Well considering the fact I play the oboe that may be the reason why i like Baroque stuff!!

Ah yes the good part... , so the one without the fiddly bit at the maestoso then. But yeah...hated Brahms anyway.....seems a little too dischordant for me sometimes. Like Baroque though.

No we're rationally discussing a composer....so i hope unless you have subtle undertones to your argument.
Oh and add Sibelius to someone i cant stand for the same reason as Brahms.

Again, i have the most annoying part of all it seems. But still.......doesn't fit togeather in my head completely enough for me to enjoy it.
But Telemann's good.
