I Dare you to do this... Before you go to sleep for the night, Go to the piano and play and leave unresolved, unfinished, aching to resolve, painfully, frustratingly, unfinished, oh I can't stand it... and then go to sleep. if you can and see if you have a bad dream... Jazzking.

No! If I do that it'll annoy me too much! (the point I know!) I learned 50 new words in german and 25 in french in one day. (not just read them ,but recited them for about 3 hours none stop!) I kept waking up that night, thinking of a word in french/german, then not being able to remember the english in my half asleep mode, and having to get up and check what it was! It was so frustrating!!!! So no, I'm not going to do it!

I'd probably sleep-walk, finish it off and get back into bed!

I would not be able to do it. I'd go back five minutes later and finish it

What I mean Matt is the tonic followed by the 5th .... makes me want to use the loo if not resolved back to the tonic.

I know...but I -> V isn't that bad. Sure, I'd rather it were the other way round but still...and imperfect can be anything to chord V - so maybe viio -> V ? Horrible...

Yup, though it's not that bad in any inversion
