I agree with Iz, i think it depends what order you learn them in to a certain extent.

Of course B Major isn't hard either. I think Eb minor is the hardest.

that's the hardest of my G5 scales - thing is, I either have to use the lowest note which is unstable at best OR go up into treble clef...
