I have to say, it's very clever how a trumpet manages to produce the range it does with just three valves! Whoever found the 'harmonic series' should get some money!

lol, I always get the second D and D# mixed up, the one I do automatically for D is always D#. But if you slacken or tighten your lips, you get the right note, just not the right fingering!

Its even worse on the french horn! You can get thousands of different notes from the same fingerings! Well, thats a slight exaggeration...
